SwanLake Villa is a small seven-bed, Residential Care Facility situated in Granite Bay, California. We have cared for the elderly since 2000 in Granite Bay. We are located in quiet and peaceful neighborhood with walking trails and parks near by. Kaiser and Sutter Roseville is within 5 miles, and Mercy Folsom within 10 miles of our home. Shopping centers, malls, and senior centers are also nearby.

We can proudly say, "Family owned and operated". SwanLake Villa was founded in 2000 and is currently owned by Andrew and Aurora Makanoneng. Andrew is our certified administrator at the facility and is a Registered Nurse. All of the staff members and volunteers are personally interviewed and has cleared a CA state and FBI background check.

Our home has a clear vision to provide great service, excellent quality care and healthy living options. We strive to enhance quality of life, preserve dignity, and meet health, social, and emotional needs by working together with family members and healthcare professionals.
